هذه الشروط تحكم استخدامك لمتجر كنانيا وشراءك منه داخل دولة الإمارات.
These terms govern your use of the Kenania store and your purchases within the United Arab Emirates.

١. الطلبات والدفع

  • يتم تأكيد كل طلب هاتفياً أو عبر واتساب قبل التوصيل. الطلبات غير المؤكّدة لا تُشحن.
  • الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام بالدرهم الإماراتي — ومن حقّك معاينة الطلب قبل أن تدفع.
  • لا نطلب بيانات بطاقات بنكية ولا رموز تحقّق في أي مرحلة.
  • يُرجى تجهيز المبلغ بالضبط، لأن مندوب التوصيل قد لا يحمل فراطة كافية.

٢. التوصيل

  • التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات فقط، ومجاني بالكامل بلا حدّ أدنى للطلب.
  • المدة المعتادة 24–48 ساعة، وقد تصل إلى 4 أيام عمل في بعض المناطق.
  • تبدأ المدة من لحظة تأكيد الطلب هاتفياً، لا من لحظة إرسال الطلب.
  • يتواصل معك المندوب هاتفياً قبل التسليم لتنسيق وقت مناسب.

٣. الأسعار والتوفّر

  • جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED) وشاملة الرسوم المطبّقة.
  • الأسعار وتوفّر المنتجات قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
  • إذا نفد منتج بعد طلبك، نتواصل معك لعرض بديل أو إلغاء الطلب دون أي التزام عليك.

٤. تنبيه صحّي

المنتجات المعروضة في هذا المتجر ليست مخصّصة لتشخيص أو علاج أو شفاء أو الوقاية من أي مرض، وليست بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصّصة. يُرجى استشارة الطبيب قبل الاستخدام، خاصةً إذا كنت تتناول أدوية أو لديك حالة صحية مزمنة (بما في ذلك أمراض القلب أو ضغط الدم). النتائج تختلف من شخص لآخر.

٥. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

  • من حقّك رفض الاستلام دون دفع أي مبلغ إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً، أو مختلفاً عمّا طلبته، أو ناقصاً، أو إذا اختلف المبلغ عمّا تم تأكيده.
  • يمكنك طلب استبدال أو إرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وبعبوته الأصلية.
  • إذا كان الخطأ منّا، نرسل بديلاً أو نعيد المبلغ ونتحمّل تكاليف الشحن.
  • لأسباب صحية، لا تُسترجع السيرومات والكريمات والزيوت والشامبو وفرش الأسنان بعد فتح العبوة، إلا إذا كانت معيبة.

٦. استخدام الموقع والملكية الفكرية

  • جميع النصوص والصور والتصاميم والشعارات في هذا الموقع مملوكة لكنانيا أو مرخّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها تجارياً دون إذن كتابي.
  • يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو بطريقة تُضرّ بعمله أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين.
  • قد نرفض أو نلغي أي طلب نشتبه في أنه احتيالي أو مكرّر أو غير جادّ.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

  • نبذل جهدنا لعرض المنتجات بدقّة، لكن قد تختلف الألوان قليلاً حسب شاشة العرض.
  • مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز قيمة المنتج المدفوعة.
  • لا نتحمّل مسؤولية سوء الاستخدام أو الاستخدام المخالف لتعليمات المنتج.

٨. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات، وتختص محاكم دولة الإمارات بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

1. Orders & Payment

  • Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.
  • Payment is cash on delivery in UAE Dirham — you have the right to inspect your order before paying.
  • We never request bank card details or verification codes at any stage.
  • Please prepare the exact amount, as the courier may not carry sufficient change.

2. Delivery

  • We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, free of charge with no minimum order value.
  • Typical delivery is 24–48 hours, and may extend to 4 business days in some areas.
  • The delivery window starts from the moment your order is confirmed by phone, not from when it is placed.
  • The courier will call you before delivery to arrange a suitable time.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable charges.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order at no obligation to you.

4. Health Disclaimer

The products offered in this store are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult your doctor before use, especially if you take medication or have a chronic condition (including heart conditions or blood pressure). Results vary from person to person.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may refuse delivery without paying anything if the product arrives damaged, different from what you ordered, incomplete, or if the amount differs from what was confirmed.
  • You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • If the error is ours, we will send a replacement or refund you and cover shipping costs.
  • For hygiene reasons, serums, creams, oils, shampoos and toothbrushes cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

6. Site Use & Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, designs and logos on this site are owned by or licensed to Kenania and may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission.
  • The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms its operation or other users.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent, duplicated, or not genuine.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Our liability in all cases shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for misuse or use contrary to the product instructions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
